Order process

# We take payment from your card at the time of ordering. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and a full refund will be given.

# You will see status of order in your account.

# Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it, order acceptance and the creation of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you by us of the goods and order invoice, which takes place as your product is shipped from our premises. It does not take place until that stage.

# The contract will be formed at the place of dispatch of the goods and order invoice.

# The purchase of goods is subject to availability.

 

 

Payment

Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website and will be debited when you place your order.

You will be charged the current price for buying goods from our website at the date you place your order subject to availability of stock at the advertised price.

All prices are displayed on our website and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.

A delivery charge is added as stated in the Delivery Information section on our website. The full cost including shipping is shown before any payment card details are required.

 

 

Cancellation of Orders

Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch of your order. We will not refund any transaction/bank charges incurred by us processing a refund. We will not refund any charges incurred by you to process the original payment to us. An order cannot be cancelled after goods are dispatched.

 

 

Delivery Schedule

Wherever possible, we will always dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receipt, however on rare occasions dispatch time could be longer than this. If you are in a hurry for your order please call or email for an estimated current dispatch time.

 

Akosmetika.lt will always provide proof of shipping details, if it will be needed.

Please make sure someone will be available to sign for parcels on delivery.

 

We do not allow cross-border transactions. Your order must be sent to the same country as your credit card is billed to.

 

Return Policy

Due to the nature of the products listed on this website, we have a strict NO RETURN policy for any product. No product shall be able to be returned for a like item or for a cash refund. We recommend that you research the stock you wish to purchase to ensure you are satisfied prior to ordering.

 

Akosmetika.lt will however consider returns of unopened / unused / untouched items on an individual basis if requested within 7 days of receipt.

 

Akosmetika.lt is NOT and can't be resposible for anything what will happen with Your order by shipping time, but we will do our beast to help our client. All packages send from us by registered mail are insured by Lithuanian Post.

 

You must receive an acknowledgement from us together with the method of return prior to returning any item(s) to us. Ordered items returned must be returned as a full pack as received by you and cannot be accepted in part pack. The goods are your responsibilities until accepted back at our premises.

If goods are returned to us outside these conditions or without authorisation from us, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. Under any circumstances we will not refund the carriage cost of returning the item back to us. Any refund will be net of any transaction/bank charges incurred by us in the processing of your refund. We will not refund any charges incurred by you to process the original payment to us.

 

We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after 2 working days. We will NOT issue a refund for any goods that have been opened or used.

We will resolve all issues on an individual basis.

 

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

 

Damages

Any claims for carrier damaged or faulty items must be submitted to Akosmetika.lt within 2 working days after receipt of your delivery by letter or email to the address below.

Akosmetika.lt  can not be responsible for, nor issue a refund for any carrier damaged goods.

Any refund or re-ship will be processed following inspection of the product.

 

Pricing & Availability

All product prices are in two currencys Litas and Euro, including VAT at the current Lithuanian rate where applicable and exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).

 

Authenticity

We guarantee that all advertised products are 100% genuine, but to find the best prices for our customers we may occasionally sell stock originally intended for sale in other countries around the world, this means that trade names of products and packaging of products may differ from those on sale in the Europe.

 

Images

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.

 

Products Details

Some products may have an associated image or photo; these are for reference only and should be considered illustrative. In the case of unboxed items or testers the price of the equivalent regular goods may be shown for reference only.

We recommend customers research products prior to ordering as Akosmetika.lt refund will not include postage/shipping costs.

We do not supply any testers free of charge. Testers are the regular products quite often in a bottle / packaging marked as a tester. Some items may also be marked not for individual sale. By submitting your order to Akosmetika.lt, you are confirming that you are aware of this fact and do not consider this to be a problem with ordering that product. We make every effort to try to ensure all products marked as such are identified on our site.

 

Fraud

By becoming a member, you confirm that the information provided in this form is true and that you agree to abide by the Terms of this site. Please note that your membership can be cancelled without notice if it is determined that false or misleading information has been provided, the Terms have been violated, or other abuses have occurred as determined by us in our sole discretion. If membership has been revoked, we reserve the right to refuse application or readmission to the membership program.

 

Privacy

We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances set out below). We will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable Lithuanian Data Protection and consumer legislation from time to time in place.

When you shop on this Website, we will ask you to input and will collect Personal Information from you such as your name, email address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, product selections, credit card or other payment information and a password.

You should be aware that if we are requested by the police or any other regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities to provide your Personal Information and /or User Information, we are entitled do so.

 

All orders are subject to these Terms. Our customers are deemed to have accepted these Terms on acceptance of their order.
